In 2002, the organic waste Composting-free disposal system was officially launched and in 2003, patent applications were filed worldwide.

The Taichung Prison and Yessun Company, both affiliated with the Ministry of Justice, jointly developed and published the successful Composting-free technology. In February 2001, the Ministry of Justice entrusted the cooperation and research and development of the Composting-free liquid fertilizer technology results to national authorities and local governments for reference.
