Each type and model in these treatment systems are somewhat different to each other. For convenience, different types and models are scientifically designed to treat different type of organic materials. The currently available types are:
Solid type treatment system is designed to improve environmental quality and reduce unhygienic processing conditions, secondary pollution by incineration, land filling, and traditional composting methods, while achieving the goals of rapidity, safety, effectiveness and harmlessness. This solid type treatment system not only meets environmental protection standards, but also meets the criteria of fast processing and space saving. The end products generated by this system also meets both the fertilizer quality standards and environmental protection standards.
There are many different requirement and purpose for the use of recyclable or reusable materials. Composting-Free System is available in three different sizes and capacities, including the Standard model, the Commercial model and the Economic model.
The Standard model is the largest one and is capable of handling multiple tasks. It is suitable for a large scale of organic waste treatment from public and private agencies and industries. This system is available in two forms viz. fixed type and mobile type.
The Commercial model is simple and automatic. It is suitable for a small scale treatment of food wastes, such as sea foods, chicken, duck, mutton etc. Degradation of food wastes generally produces offensive odors, insects and pathogens, causing damage to the surrounding environment and peoples’ health. This system is also suitable for processing of dung and animal excreta as well as the wastes that require immediate attention and faster treatment.
The Economic model is suitable for dried and solid agricultural wastes that cannot be treated by local government or private agencies. The main wastes that can be processed with this model are crop resides. This model can be used for the production of revenue generating organic fertilizers from crop residues.
Application: environmental protection industries, manufacturing and processing industries. For example: governmental and non-governmental organic waste processing organization, food processing industries, restaurants, traditional markets, slaughter houses, pharmaceutical factories, prisons, pig farms, chicken farms etc.
The goal of liquid type treatment system is somewhat different from the solid type treatment system. This system is designed to generate liquid organic fertilizers as end products that are suitable for organic farming. Products of this system will partially substitute for chemical fertilizer inputs, while achieving complete environmental protection and benefits to farmers. The liquid type treatment system works in high temperature conditions thereby reduces pathogens. The end product of this system meets sanitary standards and is safe for any environmental applications. However, the liquid end product generated by this treatment method requires safe packaging and is bulky, which increases the overall production and transportation cost. This treatment system is more suitable for large-scale farming and for personal users (self farming) to generate specialized fertilizer to increase the product quality and achieve market dominance.
Application: Government-assisted projects for solving environmental problems and soil problems; non-governmental organic farms, manure processing and manufacturing industries.
For example: soil refinement, big farms, afforestation, manure factories etc.
Feed production treatment system generates variety of high valued feed products based on one’s need. There are different kinds of organic wastes, and some wastes contain more nutritive value. Such organic wastes can be used as raw materials for feed production using this system. Feed production treatment system not only imparts benefit to the industry, but also will give new appearance and identity to the company.
Application: Aquaculture set up factory to manufacture feed to reduce the cost of feeding, and also reduce the waste processing fee. For example: domestic fowls farm, fish farm, pig farm, tobacco factory, wines factory, food can factory, drink factory, etc.
Leaf litter treatment system is designed to solve the problems associated with processing of falling leaves and branches in schools, communities and societal organizations. Plant residue contains higher amount of lignin and cellulose that are not easy to decompose and leads to secondary pollution problems. Dumping or natural composting also will lead to environmental sanitation problems. The leaf litter treatment system will help overcome these problems. This system is cost effective, economic, fast, and simple to produce organic fertilizers as end products.
Application: For large amount of dried leaves and branches produced by farming and gardening. For example: community, army, school, zoo, farm, court, park etc.
